UpstarAI is built for people who work with it every day, and that includes people with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to use the website and the dashboard, and we work to remove barriers when we find them.

• Use semantic page structure, with landmarks, headings and labelled form fields.
• Make the interface usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Respect your reduced motion setting and avoid relying on animation to convey meaning.
• Design layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and text sizes.
• Use text, shape and position as well as colour to convey meaning, and aim for sufficient colour contrast.
• Review accessibility when we build or change features, and fix barriers we find.

We are still improving, and some parts may not yet work well for everyone:

• Charts and visual summaries in analytics may not give a full text equivalent of their data.
• Content that comes from connected platforms, such as profile text, is shown as it was published and may not follow accessibility good practice.
• New features may reach you before every accessibility improvement for them is in place.

If you cannot use part of the Service, or you need information in another format, please tell us. Include the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use if you can.
